The MagnaClean Professional was fitted inline on the return pipework to capture that debris before it reaches the boiler — a small addition at installation time that materially extends how long the new system runs efficiently.

Full control from a phone

Alongside the mechanical work, a Hive smart thermostat receiver was installed and paired to the boiler, giving the homeowner control over heating schedules and temperature from their phone rather than a single wall-mounted dial.
