An external plume management kit was installed in East London this week. The vertical black extension pipe was secured to the masonry with weather-resistant brackets and a 45-degree terminal elbow fitted at the top to redirect water vapour and combustion exhaust gases safely upward and away from the window and neighbouring boundary.

The copper pressure relief valve discharge pipe lower down the wall was also correctly terminated facing the brickwork, in line with current safety compliance requirements.
